Thank you for taking part in this research. We are studying how educators currently organise courses, share materials, communicate with learners, manage assessments, support questions, and understand learner progress. Your responses will help inform the design of future education tools.

There are no right or wrong answers. Please answer based on your actual teaching or academic-support experience, not what you think a new product ought to do. The questionnaire should take about 12–15 minutes. Please do not include names of students or any confidential institutional information.
