Delete account & data requests

You can delete your Maigie account directly in the app, or request data export/deletion by email.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Sign in to your account at app.maigie.com.
  2. Go to Settings and open the Account tab.
  3. In Delete account, type DELETE and confirm to start deletion.

Deletion is scheduled for 90 days later. During this window, you can cancel from your account or from links sent by email. We send reminders 30 days and 7 days before deletion, then a final confirmation once deletion is completed.

Request your data or manual deletion

If you cannot access your account, email us and we will help with account deletion or data requests.

  • Email: privacy@maigie.com
  • Use subject: Account Deletion Request or Data Access Request
  • Include the email address linked to your Maigie account
