Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager

We're looking for a GTM Manager who can take Maigie from early traction to rapid, structured growth. This is not a "post on social media" role.
You'll own how Maigie:
You will design and execute our entire growth engine.
What you'll do
- Define and execute Maigie's go-to-market strategy
- Identify and prioritize growth channels (organic, partnerships, communities, campus, etc.)
- Run rapid experiments and iterate quickly
- Drive consistent user growth through Social platforms (TikTok, Twitter, Youtube, LinkedIn), Student communities (WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord), and Campus ambassador programs
- Build repeatable acquisition loops
- Improve onboarding experience and first-time user journey
- Design systems that make Maigie habit-forming
- Work closely with product to improve engagement metrics
- Increase conversion from free to paid
- Experiment with pricing, offers, and positioning
- Work on growth loops tied to revenue
- Build and manage a strong user community
- Create viral loops and referral systems
- Turn users into advocates
- Define and track key metrics (CAC, LTV, retention, activation)
- Run A/B tests and growth experiments
- Use data to drive decisions (not assumptions)
What we're looking for
Must have
- Experience in growth / marketing / GTM at a startup or product-led company
- Strong understanding of user psychology and behavior
- Proven ability to grow a product or community
- Comfortable with experimentation and ambiguity
- Ability to execute; not just strategize
Nice to have
- Experience in EdTech, AI products, or creator platforms
- Experience building student or youth communities
- Familiarity with tools like Analytics (Google Analytics), CRM (HubSpot), and Growth tools (email, push, referral systems)
What success looks like
- Clear GTM strategy and growth roadmap
- 2–3 active acquisition channels showing traction
- Improved onboarding → higher activation rate
- Early experiments on monetization
- Initial community growth system in place
